- engage people with understanding Strategic Leadership
- lead the church toward full realization of potential. Change Management
- lead the church through significant and necessary periods of change. Teaching/Training
- deepen understanding and equip members with new skills. Administration
- manage the church operations including facilities, finances and mediation. Negotiate/Resolve Conflict
- help deal with conflict through training, negotiation and mediation. Community Catalyst
- function on a larger stage beyond the church and rally a variety of individuals and groups to address critical issues.
