Lead Pastor of New Church Experience Location - Naples, FL

Church Experience is a non-denominational, Bible-teaching, Christian church that holds to historic Christian beliefs. CE is a dynamic, growing church with a modern style and focused on helping more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ! On January 11, 2014 Brandon & Jennifer Bruce arrived in the Clearwater (FL) area with a God-given vision to start a new church. On January 19, 2014, 9 adults and 6 kids gathered in an apartment living room in Clearwater. Then, exactly one year from when the Bruce family arrived, Church Experience launched on January 11, 2015. It was an incredible moment that impacted hundreds of people, but only the beginning of a greater movement to help more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ! In 2019, Church Experience started aggressively moving toward a "Better Together" vision making CE "one church with many experiences". CE is not a denomination, network, or association (we are "one church") and we offer unique customized ministry in each community with a Lead Pastor at each CE location ("many experiences"). New CE campuses are being added regularly through church planting and through mergers. CE is experiencing the first chapter of a great story God is writing through this movement to help more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ! Church Experience now has many locations throughout the US, and each campus has a Lead Pastor who does most of the local preaching (although we do some preaching on video to stay connected as 'one church with many experiences'). CE is one church family with a warm, healthy, and Jesus-centered culture! CE is very upbeat and high energy, but not pentecostal. CE is rapidly building God's Kingdom through planting new campus locations around the US. This Lead Pastor opportunity involves leading (and preaching most of the time) at a new CE location you start from scratch or relaunch from merger (in a city/state you prayerfully select)! CE is adding multiple locations at any given time and powerful systems, a strong Mission Support team, and incredible resources could help you launch and grow a local church campus in the location God leads you to as a part of CE! This opportunity consists of your selection of a location in the city you prayerfully choose, building a Launch Team, and raising funds to launch! Financial funds at the beginning should come from a combination of your external fundraising (that we train/coach you through and provide lots of systems/support) and the tithes & offerings from your Launch Team/campus. Church Experience contributes massive help through coaching, technology/software, years of successful planting experience and systems to help you, lots of resources to utilize from the jump, and an incredible team to help you build God's Kingdom locally! You may choose to raise more funds to start full-time if you're able or you may choose to be bi-vocational at the start and build up from there. Church Experience has become a church planting movement inside our "one church, many experiences" vision and CE is designed to help you start faster and we believe, be much stronger by doing it together long term! We are "better together"! CE is a large, ever-expanding church family you could join and build with for the long-haul! Our model is to have a Lead Pastor at each CE location who leads and preaches around 70-85% of the time (supplemented by Central Campus teaching videos). High flexibility for envisioning unique local groups, local outreach, building your team, etc... are anticipated, but an incredible amount of time and money are saved by combining things you don't need to replicate since we are "one church" (kids curriculum and background check process, database, tech/software/website, graphic design, lots of supplies, forms/guidelines, online giving, giving statements, collective 501c3/legal, financial reports/tracking, and so many other details than if alternately starting alone). We are looking for a great leader/communicator who loves building God's Kingdom within a healthy team context and doesn't need to do/name/create everything on their own, but still wants to create/speak/lead!
