Senior Pastor

Rosemont Baptist Church is seeking a Christ‑centered Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will preach biblically sound sermons, shepherd the congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling its mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Preach Christ‑centered, Bible‑based sermons weekly on Sunday morningsLead Wednesday prayer meeting/Bible studyCollaborate with staff and worship team to plan meaningful servicesProvide pastoral counseling and spiritual guidanceVisit members in hospitals, nursing homes, and homesOfficiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, and dedicationsOversee ministerial staff and church operations Administrative duties during weekly office hoursParticipate in staff, committee, and leadership meetingsSupport budget planning and ensure policy compliance QualificationsStrong personal faith and spiritual maturityAgreement with the Baptist Faith & MessageSeminary training preferredExperience in preaching, pastoral care, and church leadershipStrong communication and leadership skillsTo ApplyPlease submit your resume, testimony/call to ministry, sermon samples, and three references to: music@rbcniceville.org
