Job Description This is an exciting time at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, with continued growth in worship attendance, programming, and engagement. We are seeking a fourth full-time priest to join our clergy team to share in the liturgical, sacramental, and administrative life of the parish, while bringing particular gifts and leadership in pastoral care and in helping both new and longtime parishioners become more fully integrated into the life of our parish. We seek a priest who is deeply relational, pastorally grounded, and genuinely enjoys caring for people in all seasons of life. This person will help ensure that as our parish grows, we remain attentive and connected, while also fostering a culture in which lay ministry flourishes.
