Full-Time (Part-Time considered based on church needs) ⸻ About Us City Church of the Treasure Coast is a growing, evangelism-driven church reaching approximately 100 families in-person and another 100 families online each week. We are passionate about outreach, community impact, and leading people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. With upgraded technology—including PTZ cameras, LED projection, and automated mixing—we are positioned to expand our reach both locally and digitally. We are building for the future and expect significant growth in our worship and production teams as our church continues to grow.

To lead every person on the Treasure Coast into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. ⸻ Position Summary The Worship Arts Ministry Leader provides both spiritual and creative leadership for all worship environments at City Church. This leader will build, develop, and pastor the worship and production teams, cultivating a culture of authentic worship, excellence, and unity. This role goes beyond music—it is about creating space for people to encounter God and equipping teams to minister with both spiritual depth and skill. The ideal candidate is a vision builder—someone who can strengthen current systems while preparing for future growth, scalability, and increased impact, both in-person and online. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Spiritual Leadership Lead the congregation into meaningful, Spirit-led worship each week Model a growing relationship with Jesus through prayer, integrity, and biblical leadership Pastor, disciple, and care for worship and production team members Build a culture marked by unity, humility, and a hunger for God's presence ⸻ Worship & Musical Leadership Plan and lead worship services aligned with sermon themes and church vision Develop a skilled, dynamic, and engaging worship team Recruit, train, and mentor musicians and vocalists with a focus on multiplication Balance musical excellence with authenticity and strong congregational engagement ⸻ Production & Technical Oversight Oversee all production elements: audio, video, lighting, LED, and livestream Lead and develop the production team using current and emerging technology Ensure a high-quality, distraction-free experience both in-person and online Continuously evaluate and improve systems, workflows, and execution ⸻ Team Building & Development Build a healthy, sustainable volunteer culture across worship and production Identify, train, and empower new leaders within the ministry Organize and lead rehearsals with clarity, purpose, and excellence Foster strong communication, ownership, and team unity Develop systems that support long-term growth and scalability ⸻ Church-Wide Impact Collaborate with pastoral staff to strengthen all ministry areas through worship Support outreach events, special services, and key church moments Help create engaging and impactful environments for both in-person and online audiences Contribute to the overall growth, health, and mission of the church ⸻ Qualifications A clear and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ A heart for evangelism, outreach, and community impact Proven experience leading worship and developing teams Strong vocal and/or instrumental ability Familiarity with modern worship culture and music Experience with (or willingness to learn) production systems and technology Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A team-oriented mindset aligned with the vision of City Church ⸻ Core Values We're Looking For Presence-Driven
