Exempt Typical Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday, with some evenings and occasional Friday/Saturday responsibilities

Compensation Range:

$60,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience Role Overview The Worship Pastor / Director partners closely with the Lead Pastor and Production Pastor to shape the vision and direction of worship gatherings and environments across BridgePoint Church. This individual provides leadership, oversight, and execution for the Worship Ministry while helping build and sustain a healthy worship culture that supports the mission of the church. This role also contributes to the overall pastoral and leadership direction of the church by helping care for volunteers, staff, and attendees spiritually and relationally. Participation in the discipleship culture and spiritual life of BridgePoint Church is considered an important aspect of this position. Leadership Responsibilities Provides secondary oversight and support to campus worship leaders in coordination with Campus Pastors Key Responsibilities Lead and help implement the worship strategy of BridgePoint Church in alignment with church values and vision Help create engaging and intentional worship experiences that connect music, teaching, and service flow to support spiritual growth Establish and maintain worship ministry standards, expectations, and culture across campuses Recruit, develop, schedule, and care for worship volunteers and team members Oversee worship planning processes for weekend services in collaboration with the teaching team and Lead Pastor Serve as the primary worship leader for the Tyrone Campus, including Sunday services, student environments, and special gatherings Coordinate worship support for churchwide events, conferences, and ministry activities held at the Tyrone Campus Ensure worship services are organized, rehearsed, and executed with excellence across all campuses, including musical and technical preparation Collaborate with the Production Pastor and production teams to create cohesive worship environments Explore and help develop worship opportunities outside of Sunday services, including worship nights and next generation environments Manage worship ministry budgets and resources, including musicians and vocalist contractor expenses Perform additional ministry-related duties as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear passion for ministry Is passionate about helping people take steps toward God Demonstrates integrity, humility, and strong personal character Works well on teams and contributes to a healthy, positive culture Values people, teamwork, and the mission of BridgePoint Church Is committed to actively participating in the life and community of BridgePoint Church Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in music, ministry, or a related field preferred Significant ministry experience may substitute for formal education Minimum of 6 years experience leading worship and developing teams Skilled in leading worship vocally and instrumentally in a live setting Familiarity with worship technology and playback platforms such as Ableton or MultiTracks Playback Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds during setup and teardown activities Strong musical and visual awareness needed for worship leadership and production coordination BridgePoint Church is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
