Role Overview:
The Music Minister will: Lead and develop the praise and worship team Cultivate a culture of excellence, humility, unity, and spiritual maturity within the worship department Create Spirit‑led, engaging worship experiences that draw the congregation into deeper encounter with God Be proficient with musical instruments and able to contribute actively during worship services, rehearsals, and special events Oversee musical arrangements, song selection, and flow of worship Provide mentorship, accountability, and discipleship to musicians and vocalists Maintain a lifestyle of prayer, consecration, and devotion as a ministry leader
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who: Is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ Has been baptized in the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues Demonstrates a servant's heart and a teachable spirit Is passionate about Spirit-led worship and prophetic ministry Has experience in leading worship and working with vocalists and musicians Is proficient in piano or keyboard and comfortable leading worship instrumentally Is committed to building community and growing with the team
