Associate Pastor of Worship and Technology

Calvary Baptist Church in Winter Haven, Florida is seeking a full-time Director of Worship, Ministries, and Technology. This individual will serve as the primary worship leader for our Winter Haven campus while overseeing worship and production ministries across multiple campuses, including Calvary Alturas. Responsibilities include leading worship, developing volunteers, organizing worship and technical teams, planning services, and overseeing production systems. Applicants should have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, a shepherd's heart, experience with worship technology and band leadership, and proficiency in Planning Center, ProPresenter, MultiTracks, Playback, and digital soundboards.
