Responsibilities Provides spiritual and pastoral support to patients, family members, visitors, and employees and provides supportive services to the community.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Provides spiritual care and counseling to patients, families and visitors, hospital staff and community. 2. Provides appropriate assistance to patients, family members. 3. Conducts worship services. Qualifications Education Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Religion, Counseling, or related field Required Work Experience 2 years of pastoral experience for on call Required 4 years of Clinical Pastoral Education Required Eccelsiastical endorsement from the appropriate denomination Required Ordination Preferred Previous hospital experience Preferred Licenses and Certifications Certification or certification eligible by pastoral care organization
