Worship Leader

Legacy Church is seeking a Worship Leader to help create a culture of vibrant worship where people encounter God. This role requires a love for Jesus, a passion for leading others in worship, and authenticity in relationships. The Worship Leader works closely with staff and volunteers to plan and lead worship experiences.

Reports to:

Lead Pastor (with additional oversight provided by the Board of Elders) Key Expectations ➢ Plan and lead weekly rehearsals and worship services in collaboration with other worship pastors and the Lead Pastor. ➢ Use Planning Center Online and ProPresenter to schedule, communicate with team members, and create and load service flows. ➢ Foster a culture where team members feel loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow spiritually and in musical skill. ➢ Recruit, train, and develop volunteers. ➢ Participate in weekly staff meetings (virtual and on-site as needed) and regular check-ins with your Direct Report. ➢ Read, understand, and follow the Legacy Church Employee Handbook. Perform other duties as needed to support the ministry and mission of Legacy Church. $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
