Next Generation Pastor | Southbridge Community Church

The Next Generation Pastor is responsible for leading and developing a ministry that equips middle school, high school, and college students to become disciples of Jesus. This role involves creating environments where students and their families can grow in their relationship with Christ, with each other, and with their community. The pastor will oversee all aspects of student ministry, including weekly programs, small groups, mission projects, and community engagement. A key part of the role is recruiting, training, and mentoring leaders, volunteers, and interns to help disciple students. The position also includes providing pastoral care, coordinating with other ministries, managing budgets, and using communication tools (such as social media) to connect with students and parents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity, strong leadership and organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for discipling the next generation.
