Full-time Summary The Worship Leader/Pastor is responsible for the oversight and leadership of worship arts. The Worship Leader/Pastor is responsible for creating environments within the worship services that lead the congregation into meaningful times of worship and reflection. He/she should be a servant leader who desires to help others grow in their relationship with Christ and take their next spiritual step in becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
