Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM We are seeking a reliable and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community in Priest River. This position is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services, preparing vacant units for new residents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the property in a professional manner Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and landscaping tasks Respond to work orders within 24 hours Follow safety policies and procedures Become familiar with and adhere to Fair Housing Laws Prioritize tasks and follow through on assignments

Qualifications:
