Job Description

at Mission Church of Roselle in Bloomingdale, Illinois, United States Job Description Launch & coach Missional Communities to strategize, equip, and mobilize people through the Planter Course and through Missional Community Cores. Work with Staff to keep launching MC's in front of staff/culture, optimizing and reinforcing MC Multiplication strategy. Launching the Planter Course by participating in Planter Course 2 times a year to have high percentage of Vol's in Planter Course. Create and Execute Planter Gatherings 3 times per/year. Launching the Coaching Planters Sessions with Planter Course grads to complete and execute MAP. This includes, Monthly MAP check-ins, MAP refresh with Planters, Oversight of MC multiplication and Planting strategy, building "Partnership Database," and leveraging Guest Trainers for additional Coaching/Equipping. Multiplying Planters utilizing Multiplication Mindset for movement, prioritizing 1,000 dots on the wall, creating apprentice model and benchmarks, checking on process and progression, and re-engaging lapsed GT grads. Lead the prayer team by scheduling volunteers for Sunday Prayer Room; scheduling Volunteers for Auditorium Prayer Team; recruiting volunteers to join prayer team; and mobilizing volunteers to involve prayer at various events. Coach and equip Missional Communities in prayer (healing, prophetic, intercession, etc.).
Requirements:
This position requires a master's in divinity or theology and 2 years of experience in church planting, discipleship engagement, pastoral responsibilities, proven leadership development, and Missional movement comprehension and experience. Pastoral Leadership & Spiritual Oversight across multi-location and multi-country church networks. Ability to pioneer and oversee Missional movements through structured leadership development systems, with emphasis on equipping and mobilizing planters of missional communities and movements. Leadership development, coaching, and training facilitation for church leaders, groups leaders and missional communities. Curriculum development and implementation of residency-based leadership training programs for churches and groups. Leading church planting initiatives and discipleship engagement strategies, resulting in leadership pipelines and reproducible ministry growth. Experience facilitating and executing Planter Courses on a recurring basis, including leader recruitment, and leadership training implementation. Skilled in coaching and equipping Missional Communities in prayer ministry practices, including healing prayer, prophetic prayer, and intercession training.
