What you'll do: The Chaplain Resident will provide compassionate emotional and spiritual care to patients, families, and staff as part of a 24/7 chaplaincy service. Participates in a dual-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program to develop pastoral care competencies, engaging in supervision, peer learning, and ongoing professional development. Conducts pastoral assessments, responds to referrals in a timely manner, documents care accurately, and collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams. Supports departmental activities, on-call coverage, and scheduling, while demonstrating organizational values and commitment to continuous learning and spiritual care excellence.
