Job Description
Do you love helping people encounter God in a real and meaningful way? The worship minister at our Carmel campus plays a vital role in creating environments where people can connect with God, engage in community, and grow in their faith. This role is all about leading people, not just musically but spiritually, by creating worship experiences that are engaging, thoughtful, and aligned with the vision of Genesis Church. You ll lead and develop teams, invest in volunteers, and help shape the culture of worship both at the campus level and across all of our locations. •This role is best suited for someone who has already led in a similar ministry context and is ready to take an existing volunteer worship team into the next season. Our ideal candidate will not only be musically talented but also passionate about discipleship and someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is excited to build something meaningful while carrying both leadership and hands-on responsibilities.
