Job Description

As the next Kids Pastor at The Hills you ll get to lead ministry from birth through fifth grade, in an innovative way that moves past boring routines to fully align with the church s mission to Win, Train, and Send . You will create a captivating space that sets a strong trajectory for a child s spiritual life. Your role is to build and empower a massive volunteer army of Coaches from a congregation composed mostly of brand-new believers. By creating a fun, high-energy, and engaging environment, you will successfully draw older elementary kids out of the adult services and help them discover their God-given purpose.
