The Kids Pastor will be part of a dedicated staff team of 16, lead a strong volunteer team, serve under the Executive Pastor and in collaboration with fellow pastors and elders. As a vital voice in our family ministries team, the Kids Pastor will have the support of a committed church family and a clear framework for success.
