Job Description This position is a unique, multifaceted clergy role combining traditional parish leadership at St. Philip's Episcopal Church (50%) with innovative ministry development and strategic property use for the Diocese of Indianapolis (50%). The priest will provide sacramental, pastoral, and administrative leadership to the congregation while working collaboratively with congregational and diocesan leaders to cultivate new ministries and exploring sustainable, mission-aligned uses of church property and assets. This role is ideal for a priest who is both pastorally grounded and creatively entrepreneurial. Ordained priest in the Episcopal Church (or eligible for licensing) Demonstrated strength in preaching, pastoral care, and collaborative leadership Experience or strong interest in entrepreneurial ministry, church planting, or redevelopment Familiarity with property development, nonprofit management, or social enterprise is highly desirable (or a keen curiosity and openness to learning) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication and organizational skills Type of Commitment Full Time Does this job pay?
