Spiritual Care Coordinator Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinator to join our interdisciplinary team and provide spiritual support and guidance to patients and families facing end-of-life issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spiritual care, counseling, and pastoral ministry, with a deep understanding of the complexities of grief, loss, and existential distress. The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the patient care area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.

Spiritual Assessment and Support Interdisciplinary Collaboration Rituals and Ceremonies Bereavement Support Community Outreach and Education Volunteer Coordinator Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hospice Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train, and manage volunteers who provide support to hospice patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volunteer management, community outreach, and hospice or healthcare settings. The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the specified area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Volunteer Recruitment and Training Volunteer Placement and Supervision Patient and Family Support Services Community Engagement and Outreach Documentation and Reporting What do you need? Bachelor's or Master's degree in biblical studies, theology, counseling, psychology, social work or related degree. Minimum of one-year of experience providing spiritual care, chaplaincy, pastoral care or counseling in a healthcare or hospice setting Board-certified chaplain and/or one or more CPE units preferred Volunteer management, community outreach or related experience preferred Clean driving record, and valid driver's license and auto insurance Full job description can be provided upon request.
