This individual will work alongside the Pastor, Worship Team, and church leadership to create a worship environment that glorifies God, proclaims Christ, and encourages active congregational participation. The ideal candidate is a mature Christian leader with musical ability, strong organizational skills, and a heart for serving God's people through worship. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead music for the 10:30 AM contemporary worship service.
- Select worship songs in collaboration with the Pastor and worship planning team.
- Recruit, train, and encourage vocalists and instrumentalists.
- Schedule and lead weekly rehearsals.
- Coordinate worship service flow with the Pastor and worship team.
- Develop worship sets that align with the church calendar, sermon themes, and Lutheran theology.
- Assist with special services, including Advent, Christmas, Lent, Holy Week, Easter, Pentecost, and other church events.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that encourages spiritual growth among team members .
- Work with sound and livestream volunteers to ensure quality worship experiences both in-person and online. Qualifications
- A personal faith in Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with Christian values.
- Agreement with the mission and ministry of Holy Nativity Lutheran Church.
- Experience leading worship in a church setting.
- Ability to sing and lead confidently from an instrument (guitar, keyboard, or similar).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to organize volunteers and coordinate schedules.
- Familiarity with contemporary Christian worship music.
- Knowledge of Lutheran worship practices is preferred but not required.

- Passionate about helping others encounter Christ through worship. Schedule
