This paid position will work alongside the pastor to support the life of the congregation and help people grow in faith and community. The person in this role will coordinate Wednesday night ministries, including leading the high school youth group, and support other youth activities. They will also connect with young adults, building relationships and strengthening community both in person and online. Additionally, there may be opportunities to assist with parts of Sunday morning ministry. We are looking for someone who is grounded in Lutheran theology, with a heart for teaching, leadership, and building meaningful programs.
