What You'll Be Doing Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients facing serious illness and end-of-life transitions. Support families as they navigate grief, uncertainty, and changing circumstances. Facilitate conversations around meaning, purpose, faith, hope, relationships, and legacy. Offer prayer, reflection, rituals, or spiritual guidance aligned with patient wishes and beliefs. Respect and support individuals from diverse faith traditions, spiritual backgrounds, and belief systems. Collaborate with nurses, social workers, aides, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Participate in care conferences and contribute insights that support holistic patient care. Serve as a compassionate and grounded presence during emotionally significant moments. What We're Looking For Chaplain, clergy member, spiritual care provider, or ministry professional with relevant experience preferred. Experience in hospice, palliative care, healthcare ministry, senior care, counseling, pastoral care, or end-of-life settings is highly valued. Ability to support patients from diverse faith backgrounds and belief systems. Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills. Emotional maturity, empathy, and comfort navigating difficult conversations. Passion for serving patients and families through compassionate spiritual care.
