11:00 AM Position Overview We are prayerfully seeking a passionate and relational pastor to help lead our church into its next season of growth. This position is flexible and may be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate. The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth development, church growth, and community involvement, while providing strong spiritual leadership and engagement across all age groups. Key Responsibilities Spiritual Leadership Prepare and deliver biblically grounded, engaging sermons Lead Sunday services and church gatherings Provide pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual guidance Officiate weddings, funerals, and other pastoral duties Church Growth & Engagement Build and lead a growing youth ministry program Help grow church attendance and member involvement Encourage participation across all ministries and age groups Develop and support church volunteers and leaders Foster a welcoming, relational church environment Represent the church through community engagement Qualifications Strong Christian faith and biblical foundation Passion for youth ministry and community involvement Relational leadership style with strong communication skills Prior pastoral or ministry experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work independently and collaboratively
