Worship Leader/Youth Leader

Full-Time Worship Leader/ Youth Pastor Position Ozark Assembly of God is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve in a full-time position as Worship Leader and Youth Pastor . This unique role combines leading the congregation in meaningful worship while also discipling and investing in the next generation. We are looking for someone who loves God, has a heart for students, and is gifted in leading worship.

Responsibilities include:

Leading worship for church services and special events Building and leading the worship team Planning worship sets and coordinating music for services Leading and developing the church's youth ministry Teaching, mentoring, and discipling middle school and high school students Organizing youth services, activities, and outreach opportunities

Qualifications:

A strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ Experience in leading worship (vocally and instrumentally) A passion for youth ministry and discipleship Ability to lead, organize, and work with volunteers Strong communication and leadership skills
