Pastor to Students and Families We re looking for a passionate, relational leader to invest in the 7-12th grade students at our East Campus and help shape this next generation of our church. St. Paul is long known and celebrated for prioritizing student ministry by investing deeply in the youth of our community. Video Message from the Lead Pastor What You ll Need A growing, authentic faith in Jesus as both Lord and Savior A clear calling to student discipleship and leadership development Strong communication skills (in person and digital) Initiative, follow-through, and a sense of humor Bachelor s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience What You ll Do Lead and grow a long-established, thriving student ministry Build small groups and develop student leaders Provide pastoral care for students and families Recruit and equip volunteer leaders Plan trips, retreats, and key events Partner with staff to create engaging ministry environments The Role You ll be a key member of our staff team, focused on student ministry while also contributing to the broader life of the church-including occasional preaching and teaching. This will be a great role for someone who wants to grow and develop across multiple areas of ministry.
