Worship Pastor

About This Role This is a Pastoral role with the responsibility of shepherding people through spiritual leadership. Respondent to God s calling to serve Him, and expand the reach of the Gospel for building the Kingdom. The Worship Pastor is specifically responsible to ensure opportunities for corporate worship are engaging and effective in glorifying God, and connecting people spiritually to God. Key Result Areas Vibrant Worship Experiences through leading the musical and creative aspect of our corportate worship gatherings helping to fulfill the mission and vision of Harvest Springs. Cohesive Planning through preparation of the weekend services flow in conjunction with the Lead Teaching Pastor and those who are preaching in our weekend services. Building Teams through actively recruiting, training, and developing people with musical talent and technical abilities to participate on the worship and tech teams. Technological Excellence through overseeing, maintaining, and advancing all audio, video, lighting, and media systems to ensure distraction-free Sunday services, while developing high-quality live stream, on-demand content, and creative video elements that strengthen communication and engagement throughout the week. About Harvest Springs Harvest Springs Community Church exists to build a Jesus-centered community where people take their next steps following Jesus. Like the promise of Psalm 107:35-37, we believe God is turning spiritual desert places into springs of life through centering lives on Jesus, cultivating growth, renewal, and fruitfulness in the heart of north-central Montana. Our church family, which averages between 350 - 400 in weekly attendance, gathers every Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. for vibrant, Christ-centered, and multigenerational worship. Harvest Springs is led by a shared leadership model involving two lead pastors: a lead teaching pastor and a lead executive pastor. We are committed to shared leadership throughout our team, where collaboration, creativity, and mutual encouragement inform our approach to serving and leading. From Harvest Kids to Harvest Youth, we cherish every generation as part of God s story, helping each individual grow in faith and take their next step toward Jesus together. Community groups and serving teams enable people to connect beyond Sunday as we build community together. God has been transforming lives through baptisms over the past two years, and we re praying for God to do even more in and through us as a church (Ephesians 3:14-21). Located in Great Falls, Montana, Harvest Springs is situated in a city celebrated for its strong community spirit and deep military roots, being home to Malmstrom Air Force Base.
