Job Description
At Christian Life Center, we believe worship is more than music-it s a pathway for people to encounter God and step into the life and mission of the church. We re looking for a Worship Pastor who is both a spiritual leader and a team builder-someone who leads with heart, pursues excellence, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role will oversee all aspects of worship and production, develop and disciple teams, and help create meaningful, engaging services each week. The right candidate will be relational, self-motivated, and aligned with the vision of our church: Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Your Purpose, Make a Difference. We re looking for someone who: Loves people and leads like a shepherd Builds strong, healthy teams and invests in leaders Pursues excellence in worship and production without losing heart for people Honors leadership and contributes to a unified, positive staff culture Is passionate about growing personally and helping others grow spiritually You ll be part of a team that values collaboration, clear communication, and ongoing development-including tools like Ministry Insights to strengthen how we work together.
