Job Description

Wrightsboro Baptist Church is excited to find a Family Pastor or Family Ministries Director! The choice depends on your qualifications, education, and calling.

This role is all about leading and supporting the discipleship of children, students, and their families. You'll help create and implement a great, biblically grounded ministry strategy. Your goal? To guide kids and teens toward a growing relationship with Jesus while empowering parents to be the primary spiritual leaders at home. You'll work under the Senior Pastor and alongside church staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers. Together, you'll cultivate a unified and effective approach to family discipleship that aligns with the mission and vision of Wrightsboro Baptist Church. This position involves both strategic leadership and hands-on ministry work. The balance will depend on whether you step into the Family Pastor or Family Ministries Director role.
Qualifications Family Pastor:
Must be male and hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited Bible college or seminary of like faith.
Family Ministries Director:
Can be male or female and must hold a bachelor's degree.
Experience:
