  • Active Christian faith and a commitment to the mission, values, and theology consistent with the Lutheran tradition.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate the mission of Rejoice! Lutheran Church.
  • Build relationships with youth, families, and volunteers in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain ministry programming.
  • Commitment to fostering a safe environment for youth, including compliance with Safeguarding God's Children policies.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, including Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, as well as retreats, trips, and events.
