The borough itself was incorporated on August 2, 1894, making the church about a year and a half older than the borough. We are an old church with a few members who trace their membership back for generations. We have become a small but mighty congregation focused on caring for our members and our property, as well as sharing our mission to care for the community at large. Our congregation is seeking a Christ-centered, Spirit-led pastor who embodies compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to biblical teaching. We desire a leader who nurtures spiritual growth, fosters meaningful worship, and builds strong relationships across generations. The ideal candidate will guide our church with vision, humility, and a heart for discipleship, outreach, and community care, and help us continue growing into the church God is calling us to be. Our congregation values unity, compassion, and a spirit of welcome that embraces people of all ages and backgrounds.
