Job Description
Calvary Baptist Church, a growing, Bible-believing church in Little Egg Harbor, NJ is presently searching for an outreach pastor to join its pastoral team. The role of outreach pastor includes oversight of all outreach ministries, recruitment and training of volunteers, personal evangelism, counseling, visitation, and oversight of mission program, along with other pastoral responsibilities. Potential candidates must meet the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and agree with the mission and beliefs of Calvary Baptist Church as stated on our website.
