Job Description Trinity seeks a rector who honors its identity as a place of radical welcome, creative worship, and thoughtful spiritual inquiry, while guiding the parish confidently into its next chapter of growth. The community is committed to sustaining its core strengths—transformative worship, exceptional music, and deep inclusion—while strengthening connection, visibility, and engagement. The next rector will bring both spiritual depth and relational leadership. As a preacher, they will connect scripture and theology to everyday life with clarity and imagination, offering sermons that inform, challenge, and inspire deeper reflection and faith. As a pastor, they will be visible, approachable, and genuinely present, offering compassionate care and fostering trust, belonging, and community. Equally important, the rector will be a collaborative leader who listens well, communicates clearly, and empowers others. By encouraging lay leadership, inviting diverse voices, and supporting transparent, participatory decision-making, they will help cultivate a shared sense of ownership and vision across the parish.
