Qualifications:

One (1) year experience in pastoral/spiritual counseling with issues relating to illness, death, grief and bereavement. Minimum two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral education, credentialed Chaplain or Board Certified Chaplain preferred. Recognition as a Pastoral or Spiritual Counselor. At least one year of hospice experience preferred. Ability to minister to patient/family from diverse cultures and beliefs in their own homes and work as members of an interdisciplinary team. A valid driver's license is required. (This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory) A vehicle is required to commute to patients. Education:

Baccalaureate Degree required; Masters preferred.
