Missions & Care Pastor

Victory Highway is a growing, multisite church of 1,300+ in weekly attendance where lives are being changed by Jesus. In just a few years, our church has nearly doubled - and with that growth comes an even greater opportunity to love people well, locally and globally. We re looking for a leader who feels called to help people live beyond themselves - someone who can mobilize a church to reach the lost, care for the hurting, and create a culture where every person feels seen, known, and welcomed. The Opportunity This role brings together two powerful expressions of the church s mission: Missions (REACH): Leading our congregation to reach across the street, reach around the world, and reach beyond themselves through partnerships, outreach, and hands-on involvement.

Building a church where people experience the love of Christ in tangible ways, from first impressions on a Sunday morning to meaningful care in life s hardest moments. You won t be starting from scratch. You ll step into a healthy, thriving missions ministry with strong momentum, while also helping us build a scalable, intentional culture of care across our campuses.
