Job Description
Grace Chapel is seeking a Part-Time Worship Director who is passionate about leading people into authentic worship and cultivating a vibrant culture of worship within the church. This individual will work closely with the pastoral team to lead and develop our worship ministry through music, spiritual leadership, and team development. Job Overview The Worship Director will oversee the planning and leadership of Sunday worship services, develop and disciple members of the worship team, and help foster a Christ-centered worship culture that supports the mission and vision of Grace Chapel. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Worship Team for Sunday services and special events Recruit and disciple musicians and vocalists Plan worship services in collaboration with the pastoral staff Select songs, lead rehearsals, and prepare teams for weekly services Coordinate worship service elements with the pastoral team and other ministry leaders Schedule and organize worship team members using church planning tools Foster spiritual growth, unity, and encouragement within the worship team Qualifications A committed follower of Jesus Christ with strong spiritual character and integrity Experience leading worship and working with musicians and vocalists Ability to lead vocally Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with, or willingness to learn, church planning and scheduling tools Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of
