Childrens Director

Children's Director (Full Time) Christ Culture Church | Cleveland Heights, Ohio Christ Culture Church is a growing, Spirit filled, multi generational church in the Cleveland area passionate about helping people discover and grow in Christ. We are currently seeking a full time Children's Director to provide leadership, oversight, and systems development for our Culture Kids ministry. This role is designed for a high capacity leader who can oversee and develop leaders, strengthen ministry systems, build healthy volunteer culture, and help take an already growing ministry to the next level. Currently, our children's ministry operates with three area coordinators, and we are looking for someone who can lead, support, and unify those teams while creating clear structure, vision, and alignment. The ideal candidate is both pastoral and organizational. Someone who loves kids and families, but also thrives in leadership development, team building, systems, communication, and execution.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading and overseeing all areas of Culture Kids ministry Coaching, developing, and supporting current ministry coordinators and volunteer leaders Building and improving systems for scheduling, communication, onboarding, safety, curriculum flow, and follow up Recruiting and developing healthy volunteer teams Creating engaging and Spirit led environments for children and families Working alongside church staff to help strengthen the overall mission and discipleship pathway of the church Planning and overseeing special events, camps, and ministry initiatives Ensuring excellence, organization, and pastoral care across all children's ministry environments

Qualifications:

Strong and growing relationship with Jesus Proven leadership and team development experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead systems and people simultaneously Experience in children's ministry or family ministry preferred Alignment with the vision and values of
