Next Gen Pastor

Christ Culture Church is a growing, Spirit filled, multi generational church in the Cleveland area passionate about helping people discover and grow in Christ. We are seeking a full time Next Gen Pastor to provide visionary leadership, pastoral oversight, and strategic development for our Next Generation ministries, including Culture Kids (birth through 5th grade) and Culture YTH (6th through 12th grade). This role is designed for a high capacity leader who can build healthy ministry teams, develop leaders, strengthen ministry systems, and create a unified discipleship strategy that helps children and students grow into lifelong followers of Jesus. Our children's ministry currently operates with multiple ministry coordinators, and our youth ministry continues to grow with an incredible team of volunteers. We are looking for someone who can lead, support, and unify these ministries while creating clear vision, structure, and alignment from birth through graduation. The ideal candidate is both pastoral and organizational. Someone who loves children, students, and families, while also thriving in leadership development, volunteer culture, systems, communication, and execution. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and pastoral oversight for all Next Generation ministries, including Culture Kids and Culture YTH. Develop and implement a clear discipleship pathway for children and students from birth through high school graduation. Coach, develop, and support ministry coordinators, volunteer leaders, and youth leadership teams. Recruit, train, and develop healthy volunteer teams while fostering a strong culture of leadership and ownership. Build and improve ministry systems for scheduling, communication, onboarding, safety, curriculum, follow up, and volunteer development. Create engaging, Spirit led environments where children and students can encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships. Partner with parents by equipping and encouraging them to disciple their children at home. Plan and oversee camps, retreats, conferences, special events, outreaches, and seasonal ministry initiatives. Ensure excellence, organization, safety, and pastoral care across every Next Generation environment. Collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor and church staff to strengthen the church's overall mission, discipleship pathway, and leadership culture. Manage the Next Generation ministry budget, calendar, and strategic goals while regularly evaluating ministry effectiveness. Qualifications A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. A clear calling to Next Generation ministry. Proven experience leading and developing teams and volunteers. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to build healthy systems while effectively leading people. Experience in children's, youth, family, or Next Generation ministry is preferred. A heart for discipleship, leadership development, and reaching the next generation. Alignment with the vision, doctrine, and values of Christ Culture Church.
