Worship & Creative Arts Pastor

Christ Culture Church exists to help people discover hope and grow in Christ. Located in the heart of Northeast Ohio, we are a growing, Spirit-filled church committed to cultivating environments where people can encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and live on mission. The Opportunity We are seeking a Worship & Creative Arts Director who will lead both the worship experience and the creative expression of our church. This role carries responsibility for shaping how people encounter God in our gatherings and how our message is communicated both in the room and online. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is both spiritually grounded and creatively driven, with the ability to build teams, develop systems, and execute with excellence. Key Responsibilities Worship Leadership Lead worship for Sunday gatherings and special services Build, develop, and pastor the Worship Serve Team Plan and structure services in collaboration with pastoral leadership Creative Direction Oversee all visual and creative elements (branding, graphics, stage design) Ensure consistency in communication and church voice Help shape sermon series and creative direction Production & Experience Collaborate with production teams to execute services with excellence Help lead the flow of gatherings alongside the Lead Pastor Oversee livestream and online experience Digital & Communications Oversee social media strategy and content Manage website and app updates through Subsplash Ensure alignment across all communication channels Qualifications Strong, growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with the mission of the local church Proven experience in worship leadership and team development Ability to lead both spiritually and creatively Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Familiarity with church systems such as Planning Center Experience with presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter) Working knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms) Understanding of livestream and production environments What We re Looking For A leader who can build culture, not just lead songs Someone who carries both vision and execution A team builder who develops people, not just programs A self-starter who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment How to Apply We would love to hear from you.
