Worship and Social Media Director (Pastor)

Part-Time (Hourly) Position Summary The Worship Leader / Social Media Manager helps lead our church in meaningful worship and communicates the message of our church through engaging digital content. Responsibilities Worship Leadership (Approximately 10 Hours Weekly) Plan weekly worship services in collaboration with the Lead Pastor. Schedule and communicate with band members and vocalists. Lead and facilitate worship during Sunday services. Organize and distribute chord charts, arrangements, and service plans. Lead rehearsals as needed to prepare the team for Sunday. Social Media & Digital Communication (Approximately 5 Hours Weekly) Create and schedule social media posts for church platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Design graphics, photos, and short videos that promote church events, sermon series, and church life. Help communicate the mission, values, and vision of the church through engaging online content. Qualifications A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ. Alignment with the mission and values of Home Road Naz.
