The Creswell Church of Christ is looking for an outgoing associate pastor who will promote the ministries and service of the church. Our next Associate Pastor will work alongside our Pastor as he begins the process of retirement. This position will directly lead two major Ministry areas, focusing on our teens and young adults along with one other ministry to be collaboratively chosen, and indirectly oversee a group of ministries. Our church has built a strong connection to our local schools, families and community over the past decade and your ability to work collaboratively with our community and membership is critical. The goal is for the Associate to grow into their abilities where they can assume the role of being our next Pastor. A day in the life of serving our community as Associate Pastor could look like:

• Connecting with families each day, by phone and in person;
• Leading small group discussions with teens and young adults;
• Delivering food boxes to families who experience food insecurity;
• Attending sports games, or music concerts, to support the youth and families with which you are building connections;
