Job Description Church of the Redeemer, Bryn Mawr, is accepting applications for a full-time Associate Rector. Together with fellow clergy and the support staff, the Associate Rector will take part in the comprehensive ministry of the parish, including liturgical leadership, regular preaching, and pastoral care. Chief responsibilities include the oversight of youth formation programs, working with the Director of Youth Ministries and the Director of the Church School; the development of formation opportunities for adults; the incorporation of newcomers; and involvement in community outreach. Church of the Redeemer has deep generational roots. Founded in 1851, it is an anchor institution for surrounding communities and has a long history of leadership in the Diocese of Philadelphia.
