We're seeking a caring Hospice Chaplain to join our team serving patients and families within the Pittsburgh region. As a Hospice Chaplain, you'll offer compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients and loved ones facing end-of-life challenges. Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate with local clergy and spiritual leaders based on patient/family preferences. Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families. Offer grief support and bereavement follow-up as outlined. Build and maintain a network of clergy or faith representatives to support patient care needs. Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to assess and report on spiritual needs. Requirements At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology OR certified in hospital/pastoral ministry. Experience as a hospital or hospice chaplain. Experience working with patients and families facing terminal illness and grief.
