Position Summary Trinity Mennonite Church is seeking a dynamic and spiritually grounded Creative Arts Pastor to lead and shape our weekend worship experience. This role is key in cultivating engaging, Spirit-led services through musical leadership, team development, and excellence in audio/visual production. Key Responsibilities Worship & Creative Leadership Plan and lead engaging, high-quality weekend worship services Collaborate with pastors to align worship with sermon themes Direct rehearsals and lead worship with musical excellence and spiritual depth Team Development & Mentorship Recruit, train, and mentor musicians, vocalists, and A/V volunteers Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities Foster a culture that encourages creativity and spiritual growth Audio/Visual Oversight Oversee all A/V operations for services and events Ensure high-quality sound, lighting, and media presentation Manage scheduling and organization of A/V teams Troubleshoot technical issues and implement new technologies Collaborative Leadership Partner with ministry leaders to support a unified vision Participate in staff meetings and church-wide initiatives Support the overall spiritual formation of the congregation Qualifications Skills & Abilities Proficiency in guitar and/or piano, with strong vocal ability Experience leading a band and congregational worship Knowledge of sound, lighting, and A/V systems Familiarity with tools like ProPresenter and Planning Center Experience Prior experience leading worship in a church setting Experience building and leading volunteer teams Training or education in music, worship leadership, or a related field preferred Requirements A clear and active commitment to following Jesus Alignment with Trinity Mennonite Church's beliefs and mission Ability to work both on-site and remotely as needed Compensation & Benefits Full-time salaried position Health insurance reimbursement Retirement benefits Paid time off and sick leave Additional Information This position reports directly to the Pastor.
