We are looking for a passionate, authentic, and highly relational Worship Pastor to help lead people into the presence of God while building healthy teams and creating powerful worship experiences that connect with people far from God and help believers grow deeper in their faith. This is more than a platform role. We are looking for a culture builder, team developer, and spiritual leader who loves the local church and wants to build something meaningful alongside a healthy staff team. Primary Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the worship ministry at Take Heart Church Plan and lead engaging, Spirit-led worship experiences for Sunday services and special events Recruit, train, develop, and pastor worship and production volunteers Build healthy systems and structures for scheduling, communication, rehearsals, and team development Work closely with the Lead Pastor and staff to create cohesive and impactful services Help shape the creative direction and atmosphere of weekend experiences Collaborate with production teams to ensure excellence in audio, lighting, livestream, and presentation Develop future worship leaders, musicians, and creatives Lead rehearsals and cultivate both musical and spiritual growth within the team Assist in special events, conferences, student ministry gatherings, and seasonal experiences such as Easter and Christmas Help maintain worship environments, equipment, and stage culture Participate fully in the life, culture, and leadership of Take Heart Church We re
