Full Job Description Role Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all ministry programming for children (birth-5th grade) in alignment with Rock Bridge's vision, values, and the Children's Ministry Playbook. Oversee all children's ministry environments (Check-In, Kids Club, weekend services, and childcare for events). Implement Christ-centered, biblically-driven curriculum that fosters discipleship and spiritual growth. Ensure policies and procedures are implemented to provide safety, security, and volunteer preparedness. Recruit, enlist, equip, empower, and encourage (E4) volunteers and staff through ongoing coaching, training, and care. Maintain a written volunteer staffing plan and meet staffing targets in accordance with the Children's Ministry Playbook. Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen and empower families to disciple their children. Manage the Children's Ministry budget and resources with excellence and stewardship. Collaborate with the RBKids Central Team to plan and execute major events Conduct weekly walkthroughs of environments to ensure quality, safety, and readiness. Communicate consistently with campus volunteers, leaders, and parents to maintain alignment and vision. Provide leadership and oversight to paid childcare workers for campus events.
