Student Ministries Pastor (Full Time) $55,000-$67,000 salary package CBC Cleveland Calvary Baptist Church Cleveland, Texas Position Overview The Student Ministries Pastor is responsible for leading and discipling students from 7th through 12th grade while helping carry out the vision of CBC Cleveland. This role exists to help students and parents become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ as Lord through biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, gospel-centered community, and faithful partnership with families. The Student Ministries Pastor will build upon an already healthy and growing ministry with strong volunteer leadership, a history of 50+ students, and a part time Youth Ministry Coordinator who provides administrative and planning support to the ministry. The Student Ministries Pastor will have opportunities to preach and teach on Sunday mornings several times each year, allowing them to grow in pastoral leadership and faithfully communicate God s Word to the church. This is a full-time salaried position with compensation commensurate with education and ministry experience. The overall compensation package also includes a church-provided three-bedroom, two-bathroom parsonage with internet service included, as well as a generous retirement matching benefit.
