Job Summary and Qualifications Seeking a Chaplin for our Hospice patients. They will give spiritual care services to Hospice patients, families and caregivers. Services provided either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors. What you will do in this role: Serves as liaison and support to community chaplains and spiritual counselors. Maintains records of spiritual care services utilization and related activities for quality assurance, program development, and policies and procedures review and revision. Documents direct services and ongoing communication with community chaplains and spiritual counselors. Attends patient care conference and interdisciplinary group meetings as a member of the interdisciplinary group.

What qualifications you will need:

Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, M.Div. or equivalent theological degree) Licensed ordained minister or equivalent experience Hospice/experience preferred Hospice/experience preferred Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance Must have valid driver's license Benefits Methodist Hospice & Family Care, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
