We're looking for a passionate, driven leader who is ready to invest in the lives of youth, young adults, and their families , helping raise up a generation that will lead a spiritual revolution. What You'll Get to Do Build life-giving relationships with students and young adults Raise up and empower strong volunteer teams across 7 campuses Equip and encourage parents to lead their families spiritually Create environments where young people can discover, develop, and deploy their God-given purpose Stay connected to youth culture and speak truth into real-life challenges Lead impactful experiences like camps, retreats, and gatherings that transform lives Cast vision, inspire others, and bring people along on the mission Who We're Looking For Someone who genuinely loves young people and believes in their potential A leader who is relational, energetic, and full of faith Passionate about discipleship and teaching God's Word with integrity Able to build teams, develop leaders, and create systems that grow Strong communicator with the ability to connect across generations Spiritually mature, self-motivated, and vision-driven What You Bring 2-4 years of ministry experience Strong understanding of youth culture and biblical teaching Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively Organizational and communication skills that help bring vision to life Why This Matters Every conversation, every gathering, every moment—you'll have the opportunity to impact not just a student, but an entire family and future generation . Pay:

$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
