PRN / Flexible Looking for an opportunity to provide comfort, encouragement, and spiritual support when it matters most? At Concho Hearts Hospice, we believe care extends beyond physical needs. Our Chaplains provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients and families during one of life's most meaningful journeys. We are seeking a PRN Chaplain to join our team in the Wichita Falls area. If you have a heart for serving others and a passion for supporting individuals and families through compassion and presence, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families. Assess spiritual needs and develop individualized spiritual care plans. Offer prayer, counseling, and supportive visits based on patient preferences and beliefs. Support families through grief and emotional challenges. Collaborate with nurses, social workers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed. Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR system.

Strong compassion and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide support to individuals of diverse backgrounds and beliefs. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
